Why car & driver details arrive 12 to 24 hours before. Vehicles are allocated close to travel time, so the details you receive are always final and accurate, no last-minute changes. We'll send them by email and WhatsApp so they're on your phone when you land.
When we pick you up
Meeting your driver
After you collect your baggage and exit through the arrivals gate, head to the greeting area we'll have shared with you. Look for your driver holding an IKAN name board with your name on it.

Drop-offs & changes
Drop-offs & flight changes
For a drop-off, your driver arrives at your address by the agreed time and calls or messages you on arrival, just allow a few minutes to load the luggage. And if your flight is delayed or early, there's no need to worry: send your consultant a quick message and the pick-up time is adjusted to match. We track major flight changes too, so we're usually a step ahead.
