The two national numbers, your cashless hospital, your insurer and your consultant, on one wallet card. Fill it in below (it saves on your device), print it for every wallet in the family, and screenshot it for your lock screen.
In a real emergency nobody wants to search email for a policy number. This page is duty of care you can hold: a wallet card carrying the two numbers that work everywhere in India, plus the five details that are yours. Tap any dashed line on the card to type; everything saves only on this device, nothing is uploaded. Then print one for every wallet, and screenshot it for your phone's lock screen. The full medical picture (insurance, hospitals, everyday care) lives in the Healthcare guide; this card is the two-minute version for the worst hour.

The three steps in an emergency
1
Call 112, or 108 for an ambulance112 is India's single emergency number (police, fire, medical); 108 is the free government ambulance service. Give your address with a landmark, speak slowly, and stay on the line. Private hospitals also run their own ambulances, which is one reason the hospital phone line is on your card.
2
Go to your cashless hospital and say soAt the emergency desk, show ID and your insurance details and say "cashless admission". The hospital's insurance desk raises the approval with your insurer while treatment begins; that is what the network is for. If the nearest hospital is not in network, treatment first, paperwork after, keep every bill.
3
Call your IKAN consultantAny hour. We coordinate with the insurer and the hospital, reach your employer and family the way you would want, and stay on it until the situation is genuinely handled. You are not doing an emergency in a new country alone.
Do the two-minute setup now, not later: confirm which nearby hospitals are in your insurer's cashless network, and fill this card in while everything is calm. That is the entire preparation an emergency needs from you.
